What we collect
When a customer taps or scans one of our cards, we collect the name and phone number or email address they choose to provide, in order to deliver the offer they signed up for. When a business owner or promoter creates an account, we collect their name, email, and business details necessary to operate the service.
How we use it
Customer contact information is used only to deliver the VIP offer a customer requested and, where consented to, occasional follow-up related to that business. We do not sell contact information to third parties.
Who can see it
A business only sees the contacts captured through its own card. Promoters can see which businesses they've signed up and their sales activity, but never a business's customer contact list.
Third-party services
We rely on Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Google's Places service to look up business listings. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your contact information at any time by reaching out through our contact page.
