The service
Capture Review Pro provides a physical NFC/QR card, a branded landing page, and a dashboard that helps businesses capture customer contacts and direct them to leave a Google review. We do not guarantee any specific number or rating of reviews.
Compliant use only
The service is designed around rewarding customers for joining a business's VIP list, never for leaving a review, and showing the review request to every customer without filtering. Businesses and promoters agree not to modify the setup in a way that incentivizes reviews directly or routes customers based on expected sentiment.
Billing
The setup fee is one-time and non-refundable once your page is live. The monthly subscription bills automatically until cancelled from your dashboard's billing portal; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
Promoters
Promoters operate as independent contractors, not employees. Commissions are paid after passing an automated review and are subject to clawback in the event of a refund or payment dispute on the underlying sale. Self-dealing or fraudulent sales result in immediate termination and forfeiture of related commissions.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel the monthly subscription at any time. Physical cards remain the property of the business once shipped.
